Sorry I hurt your feelings

Last week my daughter told me,"You have to come watch me while I practice like other parents do."

So, today morning I stood there watching and then she signals me to "Go away. Don't look!"

Figuring I'm making her conscious I walk away.

Half and hour later, she's out mid class running into my arms. Scared she got hurt or something but seeing she's not crying I ask "what happened? Did class get over early? "

"I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. I should not have told you to go away."

Her coaches are having a good laugh about her pestering them to come say sorry to me.  My heart is so full right now, it's not even funny. It gives me so much hope when I see children specially mine, put so much thought into their actions.
